For a sustainable world:
● We value evaluating, resolving, and providing feedback on suggestions and complaints from our guests, employees, and other stakeholders.
● In line with our sustainability approach, we conduct trainings to raise awareness among our employees and support their development, ensuring they play an active role at every stage.
● We comply with laws and regulations in all our operations.

● We assess the environmental impact and scale of our activities within legal regulations and work to minimize this impact.
● We evaluate at the purchasing stage to reduce waste at the source.
● We separate our waste in the most effective way according to their groups and hazard classes and deliver them to licensed companies accordingly.
● We aim to reduce the amount of waste.
● We only use hazardous materials and chemicals when necessary and in required quantities.
● We train our personnel on waste separation, zero waste, etc., and organize events to raise awareness among our guests.
● We make necessary infrastructure arrangements for the efficient use of our natural resources and monitor them regularly with the goal of reducing usage.
● We raise awareness among our guests and employees about using natural resources consciously.
OUR PROCUREMENT POLICY
● We contribute to environmental protection by preferring materials with “recyclable” and “eco-friendly” labels for our hotel.
● We support the regional economy and aim to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing from local suppliers. We track and aim to increase the share of local suppliers.
● We do not purchase endangered species and only buy products that are legally permitted (e.g., seasonal tuna, bonito within legal quotas).

● We support the protection of historical and archaeological assets.
● We hold discussions and keep communication channels open to ensure that local characteristics, sensitivities, and community needs are considered in our operations.
● Together with the local community, we work to protect historical and cultural assets and support the preservation of natural integrity.
● We assist all stakeholders in promoting the region’s food, activities, culture, and traditions (e.g., religious and cultural sites, natural riches, biodiversity), and we train our staff and inform our guests accordingly.

● We prioritize accessibility, health, and safety standards for all guests, staff, and visitors with special needs or physical sensitivities, and organize their environments accordingly.
OUR CHILDREN’S RIGHTS POLICY
● We do not employ child labor at our hotel and expect the same sensitivity from our business partners.
● Within the facility, we provide environments where children can express themselves freely and feel safe and comfortable.
● We prioritize children in service areas.
● We train our personnel on children’s rights and abuse awareness.
● We work to raise awareness of family behaviors that may involve physical, verbal, or psychological abuse or neglect.
● We ensure children are under adult supervision during activities.
● In areas where children are temporarily entrusted (e.g., mini club), we supervise them closely and return them only to their parents.
● We support relevant projects focused on protecting children’s rights.
● If we witness suspicious behavior concerning children, we inform hotel management and, when necessary, seek assistance from the Social Support Hotline.

● We regularly organize training for all staff on how to interact with protected groups (women, children, people with disabilities, interns, minorities, etc.).
We ensure stakeholder participation by informing them of all issues outlined in our policies.
